John practically diagnosed the problem I was having with my old car over the phone. I had to have it towed to his shop, but he made me feel so comfortable that I had it towed and had him do the work without even meeting him. He was very knowledgeable and professional. As a woman, many times I feel like mechanics talk to me like I am an idiot, but John did not speak to me this way. He was respectful and helped me fix my problem and save money. The dealer was trying to rip me off and John saved the day. Thank you so much John. I will definitely recommend you and your shop.

Quality Sirius installation and good guys to boot.

I recently purchased a '11 Subaru Legacy and balked at the crazy price tag to have the dealer install Sirius. I ended up purchasing a Starmate8 and realized that even though I'm handy with a wrench, I really wanted my installation to look as OE as possible.

After some research online, I contacted John who answered every question that I could come up with. He was able to schedule me in very quickly and on a weekend at that. John's shop and crew is very welcoming and they're happy to explain the steps along the way and provide options. I felt very involved in the process.

The finished installation looks as factory as possible and works brilliantly. I'm considering some new speakers and possibly a head unit per John's recommendation. This shop is highly recommended. There's nothing left to do but smile, smile, smile.

John installed a new head unit and speakers for my daughter. There were issues with the size of the speakers but John took the extra steps to change the mounts to fit the speakers. The system sounds great and my daughter could not be happier. I definitely recommend these guys!

Knowledgeable and professional

I found Serious about Sound by doing a local search for custom stereo installations – called 9:30 at night and left a message describing what I wanted done - received a return call from John the next morning. Met with John, picked out the right head unit, scheduled installation, and am completely satisfied with the job. John’s knowledge with regard to his craft is surpassed by none. I was very comfortable with him on the job. I would recommend Serious about Sound without hesitation.

The true test of good service

I have an older Mercedes and wanted a reasonably priced new head unit. John and I selected a Kenwood that seemed to fit the bill. John did a great job installing it and integrating Sirius. After listening to it for a few days, I wasn't satisfied with the volume of the new system. I told John and he suggested that we upgrade to a different head unit. John swapped the units with no problem. To me it's easy to do a good job when all goes well but it's when there are issues that the true measure of service is shown. John took care of me exactly as I would have hoped for! I've recommended him to my friends and even the Mercedes dealer where I get my car serviced.

Very Professional and Detailed

John was very professional and detailed installing a replacement HD radio in my Honda. Even though it was a rather mundane project for him, he took the time to do it right.

I would recommend SAS for any customizing work.

I recently had some work done on my H3T. The guys at S&S customs did a great job on my ride. They were also very reasonable with their prices. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants custom work done to their ride.

**WAY TO GO GUYS** - QUALITY INSTALLATION!!!

I recently just scooped up my freshly detailed, Pearl White, 2006 Infiniti G35 Coupe from SAS Customs. Just like the other people who have had work completed by these professional gentlemen, could not be any happier with the labor that was completed on my ride. John and his team are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to anything that has a motor in it. I am more than satisfied with the outcome of all my suspension components and in love with the stopping power of the upgraded brake kit, which they installed to complement my 20” wheels. Let me tell you, they did their research and picked up the phone if there were any questions on anything, prior to installation. That sort of professionalism doesn't usually happen for first time customers anywhere!!! I have found my new shop to play around with this ride as well as future ones to come. Hopefully by than, a lift will be installed and will make their lives that much easier when wrenching on fellow customers rides. I have already made several recommendations to friends and family looking to attain a quality service at a price that is fair and way better than any dealership.
